The SONNLER ER4043 Aluminum TIG WELDING RODS are designed for low carbon TIG welding process with filler metal to be used in aluminum alloys such as 3003, 3004, 5052, 6061, 6063, and casing alloys 43, 355, 356, and 214. The gas used is usually 100% Argon, Helium, or a mix of the two.
UPGRADED PACKING The packaging has been upgraded to a stronger plastic packaging that is waterproof and moisture-proof. It can also be reused to store other welding rods.

The rod can be used in a wide range of applications and is less sensitive to weld cracking. It provides a stable arc and minimal spatter during the welding process. Available in 1/8‘’(3.2mm), 3/32‘’(2.4mm), and 1/16‘’(1.6mm) in diameter, with a length of 16‘’(406.4mm) and a weight of 1.8LB.
