Constructed with T-6061 aluminum alloy, and finished with CNC precision, featuring stable characteristics and high reliability. With four angled holes at 22.5°, 20°, 15°, and 10° (corresponding to tips angles of 45°, 40°, 30°, and 20° respectively), the tungsten sharpening tool offers precise control for achieving a superior tungsten tip angle. The streamlined design ensures easy alignment of the diamond wheel and the 2mm slit without any hassle. The Horizontal Hole makes it easy to clean tungsten electrodes that have picked up metal during welding. You can use the cut-off port to cut the worn or contaminated tungsten.
