This bundle includes a comprehensive set of tools for tungsten electrode sharpening and TIG welding. At the heart of the package are 3 ALUMINUM Tungsten Electrode Sharpener Grinder mirrors, along with a Rotary Tool, 12 Guides with a Flat Grinding Block, Cut-Off Slot, Multi-Angle & Offsets, 5 Double-Sided Diamond Grind Wheels, and 2 CNC Mandrels with Diamond Wheels.

The tungsten sharpening tool is designed for precise and efficient grinding. It can handle 2 different sizes of tungsten electrodes, with 2 angle tips for each size. The 4 types of holes accommodate 1/16" (1.6mm) 15°, 1/16" (1.6mm) 20°, 3/32" (2.4mm) 15°, and 3/32" (2.4mm) 20° tips. When ground, the 15° tips become 30°, and the 20° tips become 40°. Each type has 3 holes that will grind different circles on the diamond wheels, effectively reducing diamond wheel consumption by half.

The precise control of the grinding tool ensures a more perfect tungsten tip angle. All the holes are stationary, allowing for an offset compensation for each size hole to ensure the tungsten's tip center is aligned with the grinding center point. This offset feature helps produce straighter lines on the tip of the tungsten electrode.

In addition to sharpening, the tool also has a tungsten cut-off port for processing worn or contaminated electrodes, allowing them to be reused. A Flat Grinding Block is included, which can be used to grind a flat tip vertically if needed.

The design of the tool ensures that all the holes are compatible with the same height of diamond wheel, eliminating the need to adjust the height repeatedly during use. The CNC-machined mandrel also minimizes swing during grinding, making the application easy and efficient.

The open design of the tool makes the grinding wheel installation more convenient. While the aluminum construction keeps the weight down to only 87g, it is recommended to wear a mask and other protective gear when grinding, unless working in a fully sealed space.
