Aluminum Tungsten Electrode Sharpener for TIG Welding

This aluminum grinder head features 4 brass tungsten guide rails in the following sizes: 0/40", 1/16", 3/32", and 1/8" (1mm, 1.6mm, 2.4mm, 3.2mm). These guides ensure concentricity and multi-offsets, thereby increasing the utilization of the grinding wheel. The upgrade to aluminum alloy material and CNC finishing makes this grinder more durable, eliminating any issues with high-temperature melting.

Designed for use, the tungsten sharpening tool has four angled holes with the following angles: 22.5°, 20°, 15°, and 10° (45°, 40°, 30°, 20° Tips Angle respectively). Precise control of these upgraded grinding tools ensures a more perfect tungsten tip angle.

Furthermore, the tungsten sharpening tool features a tungsten cut-off port for processing. This allows the user to cut and reuse the tungsten that has become worn or contaminated. Additionally, a flat grinding block is specially designed to grind a flat tip vertically, for use when needed.

All holes are designed to accommodate the same height of diamond wheel, eliminating the need to reset the height repeatedly. Aligning the diamond wheel with the 2mm slit is a straightforward process. The CNC-machined mandrel also minimizes swing during grinding, making this tool easy to apply.

The open design of this grinder head ensures convenient installation of the grinding wheel. While wearing a mask and other protective gear is recommended, this is only necessary if the grinding is not being performed in a fully sealed space. This kit comes complete with a rotary tool and a small storage bag for convenient transport and storage.
